We are noticing that messages that get forwarded to Telegram from the Sierra Chart Chat, which you may be using to log and transmit alerts to a mobile device, have an increasing larger amount of them, which are just not getting delivered to Telegram. This is due to errors that the Telegram server is returning, which we think is indicating we are encountering perhaps a rate limit. There are also connectivity issues to the Telegram server. At this point in time, Telegram alerts are simply unreliable and should no longer be used. You will need to use our new web-based chat: Chat and Communications Platform: Web-Based/Mobile Chat Application And we are enhancing this chat to be able to send messages, and make it easier to use on a mobile device.
