Yes for sure I did File >> New Instance every time. Never had an issue with anything before but that's indeed weird that only on an new instance only Eurex isn't working while all exchanges are, and on top of that when Eurex and all other exchanges are working perfectly on my main Sierra/Instance. You can see on the screenshot attached I have the instance.
