Please make sure you are on version 2732. Follow these instructions if you are not already:
Software Download: Fast Update

Then do the following for us:
- Select "Window >> Message Log" to open the Message Log window.
- On the Message Log window, select "Edit >> Clear Message Log". Set the Message Log aside.
- Select a chart for which you are having this issue with the data. Make sure this is the active chart.
- Select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
- Wait for the data to download.
- If you do not get an error and the data downloads fine, then stop here and continue using the system as normal. We do not know why you got the error, but hopefully it is resolved now.
- If you get the error again, then go to your Message Log and select the button for "Send For Analysis" (this looks like a menu item at the top, but it is a button). This will send your Message Log to us.
- Post in this thread letting us know that you sent us your Message Log.
