Historical Intraday Download continues to timeout and fail. I followed SC's guidelines on resolving the download & timeout error at this link: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Error when Downloading Historical Intraday Data from the Sierra Chart Historical Data Server Accordingly :- 1) I enabled ports 10149 and 10150. 2) I set the system clock (Global Settings-->Set System Date-Time from Server) 3) I ensured Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download is set to 186 (Data/Trade Service Settings) Then I tried the historical intraday download. It failed. Please help. Thanks. |
