The error you are getting regarding the "Permission Denied" comes from Rithmic. It has nothing to do with any particular version of Sierra Chart. Refer to the following for the items we know to check for this error: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure With regards to the data, you would have to get passed the Permission Denied in order to have a valid connection, but you have NOT activated any exchanges with our Denali Exchange Data Feed, so even if you did get passed the Permission Denied, you would still not be getting the data.
