Two issues: 1. We stopped support for Rithmic data in version 2728 and higher. If you want to continue to use Rithmic data, then you will need to go back to a version below 2728. Refer to the following regarding this: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* 2. You have symbols in your chartbook that are not appropriate for Rithmic. This will cause constant disconnections.
