Two issues:
1. We stopped support for Rithmic data in version 2728 and higher. If you want to continue to use Rithmic data, then you will need to go back to a version below 2728. Refer to the following:

The other option would be to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the following regarding this:

2. You have symbols in your chartbook that are not appropriate for Rithmic. This will cause constant disconnections. Refer to the following:
