When the system "Froze" were you not able to interact with the system at all? Or could you interact with the system (access Menu items, open a window) and were you just not getting data flowing as you were expecting? We did have a problem yesterday afternoon (U.S. time) with data for the U.S. Equities, CFE, and CBOE Indices, so if you had charts for these and they stopped, then that was due to our issue. What are the symbols you were viewing and what was the time when this issue occurred (please give a time zone as well).
