Good morning Support Team,

I recently encountered this issue where when I create a new instance everything would work well within the day until I close and re open it then the Eurex data only would just not work anymore ( see attached chart ) when on my main Sierra everything still works perfectly.

I have tried to delete and redownload the data but nothing and my only solution was to delete all instances and do new ones again until I close them and does not work anymore etc.. loop

Looking forward to hear from you for any solution fix
