This is definitely going to be the case because one is based on fixed timeframe bars and another is variable timeframe bars (Renko): i have daily volume profile on my execution chart (flex renko) and on my reference chart 5 min.
both have the same settings but the POC is somewhat not in sync. The point of control will differ between these charts.
