As the instructions state, when you download the Chartbook file, you need to save it to your "Data" folder under your main Sierra Chart installation folder. If you are not prompted for where to save it, then you most likely have it downloaded to your "Downloads" folder on your computer. You would need to check this, as it depends on your OS and browser setup. If this is the case, then you need to move the file from the "Downloads" folder to your "Data" folder. Just use the OS options for this. Once the file is in your "Data" folder, then you can open the chartbook in your Sierra Chart by selecting "File >> Open Chartbook". Find the file in the list, select it, and select open (or double click on it). Apart from the above, you are currently on the "Integrated Standard" package, which does not support the Numbers Bars study. So right now, if you do not change anything, even if you open the chartbook, you will not see the Numbers Bars study. You can one of two things to resolve this, depending on what works best for you: - Change your package to one of the "Integrated Advanced" packages that have support for the Numbers Bars study. To change your package follow these instructions: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package - Use the "Evaluate Highest Available Service Package" option from the Main Control Panel for your account on our website. This give you 30 days as if your account is set to the "Integrated Advanced with MBO" package. You do need to have a paid package in order to take advantage of this evaluation - it is different from a free trial. There is a link on the Main Control Panel for your account on our website that states "Evaluate Highest Available Service Package". Select that link and then the "Evaluate" button on the following page to activate this option. You are only allowed to use this option once for your Sierra Chart account.
