You have us very confused. You are going to see those numbers when you have the Tool selected as "Adjust Drawing". This is the correct functioning as the system is asking you which drawing you want to select. The 3 digit numbers are only due to having a large number of drawings on that chart. You must have approximately 110 drawing on that chart. When you set your tool to "Pointer" (Tools >> Pointer) do you still have the numbers showing?
