No. This is outside the scope of our support. We do not fully understand how the Financial Advisor settings work. These values are passed to Interactive Brokers with orders. Sierra Chart does rely upon the Trade Position for a symbol for automated trading. This is essential. This is why you need to probably use the Use Trade Fill Calculated Position option as the Financial Advisor documentation suggests you may need to do. IB Financial Advisor accounts are complex, and Sierra Chart cannot possibly have perfect integration to them. So it would be best to avoid automated trading.
