We really do not want you to delete and reinstall Sierra Chart. You definitely do not need to do this. What happens if you open a new chart and add a drawing to it. Do you have the number show up on that drawing? Also, we do not understand what you mean by "The numbers in the above modes are all 3 digit, but the ones showing are single digit." When you are in one of the tool modes for Move, Adjust, or Erase, the drawings will have the numbers shown on them as you are seeing now. There is no 3 digit numbers associated with these.
