The only reason this should be occurring is if your "Tool" selection is set to one of "Move Drawing", "Adjust Drawing", or "Erase Drawing Mode". In each of these "modes" you are prompted to select the specific drawing you want, which is why you are seeing the numbers showing. This is also why we stated for you to select the "Pointer" tool, as that would take you out of those modes and remove the numbering. If you do have the Pointer selected as the active tool, then first select the "Escape" key on your keyboard and see if that resolves this. If not, then enter a number followed by the "Enter" key on your keyboard (for instance <0> <Enter>) to select a drawing and have the system then act on that drawing based on the mode it thinks you are in and it should then take you out of that mode.
