Hi, I have made Sierra Chart study for automated trading. Study runs perfectly (in terms of sending trading orders) in simulation mode, also when I run replay chart. But I have noticed that in real environment when an order is initiated and should be sent to the Trading server, I am disconnected from the server and order is not sent. I could not say whether is it in exact same moment or not, but approximately in that time. I have already tested firewall and pinged IP address and followed all instructions regarding connection problems on https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails1.php#NetworkCommunicationOrServerProblem. Everything seems perfectly ok. Those two issues may or may not be connected together. When I am in Simulation mode, I have not observed any connectivity issue. In attachments, I am sending Message Log and Trade activity log. Trade order should have been executed shortly after 08:30 on 03.01.2025. Please advise. Thanks in advance. BR |
