Unfortunately, the error you are getting is from Rithmic. The interface that is in place between Sierra Chart and Rithmic is written and owned by Rithmic. So the issues you are having are caused by Rithmic. There is nothing we can do to fix it - it is up to Rithmic to resolve this, which they have not. The information we have regarding the "Permission Denied" error is the best information we have on resolving the error.
