Thanks John, that FAQ is a part I don't understand either. I originally also think for data I will need Market Data. But I read the FAQ and it seems to say if "Permission Denied" is meant to happen you have no control and solution is to use Danli feed. You can receive a "permission denied" error for market data requests to Rithmic. In this case, refer to Rithmic Market Data and Support Policy. The solution in this case is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for market data instead of Rithmic. That is what lead me to ask whether Rithmic trial can work out of box. Now I am just with Rithmic Trial. I know folks using broker provided Rithmic, is that guaranteed to work? There is no clear information regarding that through my search. I think this is the important piece of pre-sale missed. Can I confirm if broker provided Rithmic will work? My expected workflow needs Sierra chart to work with Rithmic.
