Please do the following for us: - Select "Window >> Message Log" to open the Message Log - On the Message Log, select "Edit >> Clear Log". - Close the Message Log window. - Go to the chart for Corn and select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". - Select the "Select All" button. - Select the "OK" button. - Once the data finishes loading in the chart, select "Window >> Message Log". - On the Message Log select "Send for Analysis" at the top (this is a button, even though it looks like a menu). - Post in this thread that you sent the Log to us. We'll take a look at the log and see if there is anything obvious on what is occurring.
