You are not setup to get the real-time data for EUREX from us. Therefore the system then looks to get that data from your connected service, which is Rithmic, but you are not setup to get any data from Rithmic. There is no failover option from that point. You just will not get the data. The resolution to this is to install a second Sierra Chart and leave the "Current Selected Service" set to "SC Data - All Services". You will then be able to get the delayed streaming data for EUREX in that installation.
