We do not have support for data from CQG for The CME Group and EUREX. This is part of the reason why you are getting that error.

But, you are setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group. So you should be getting the data from us, but for some reason you are not.

Make sure the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes". If it is set to "No" (which is the only reason you would be trying to get data from CQG for the CME Group) then change it to "Yes" and then select OK to close that window. Then select "File >> Reconnect".

After this, you should not have an issue for the CME Group data.
