We do have the ability to force a disconnection from a particular system, but it can take up to 24 hours for this to actually occur. If you want us to do this, we would need to know the Computer Name for the system you want us to disconnect. Otherwise, there is nothing else built into Sierra Chart to do this. You would need to use whatever tools you have available through the OS (such as Remote Desktop or Quick Assist), or third party tools (such as Team Viewer) to connect to the other computer and exit from Sierra Chart. Or, worst case, you would need to go to the physical location and turn off that instance of Sierra Chart. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
