What you are seeing is correct. Setting the option for "Save Days to Load, Intraday Bar Period, Graph Draw Type as Default" is a one-time item. Meaning that you set it to "Yes", you select OK to save the settings, including the saving of those defaults, and then that particular option is done (the defaults are saved). So from that point forward, that option is set to "No".
