1.5 minutes is not a very long time for the system to startup, especially if you have a lot of data you need to download and then load into the charts. It is really not possible for us to say what may be occurring in the comparison you are making. Keep in mind that each service connection uses different symbols, and therefore any missing data for that symbol needs to be downloaded, so if you were missing more data for the connection to AMP then you were with SC Data - All Services, then it will take longer to get that data.
