You can set it to "Yes" and then resave the configurations with the Order Allocation set as you want. We do see that if you have saved a configuration with the option to save the "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" settings included, then those settings will always apply, regardless of whether you have the option to save the "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" with Trade Configurations or not. In other words, once the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts options are saved to a configuration, that configuration will always apply those settings. This must be why you are seeing what you are with some Trade Configurations modifying the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts settings. You would either need to delete and resave those configurations without the Order Allocation to Trade Account options saved into them, or you can redo those configurations with the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts options enabled. But you will need to do one or the other in order to get everything to a consistent state.
