Please do the following (note that at no point in time do we want you to select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service": - Exit from Sierra Chart - Start Sierra Chart and let it open your chartbook(s) that open automatically. - Verify that you are not getting any data in your charts. - Select "Window >> Message Log" to open your Message Log - Select "Send for Analysis" at the top of the Message Log to send the log to us. - Post in this thread letting us know that you have sent us the log. Also, for one chart in which you are having a problem, select "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol" and tell us the entered symbol for that chart, exactly as it is showing in the settings.
