There is no support for a "dynamic" tick size. Our recommendation would be to use two different charts. One for the Pre-Market and one for the Regular Trading Hours. This way, you can set a "Volume at Price Multiplier" for the pre-market to 2 and leave it as 1 for the regular trading hours. Note that we recommend using the "Volume at Price Multiplier" rather than changing the Tick Size.
