There are no messages in this log at 12 PM. Assuming the Time Zone in Sierra Chart is set to "my time". Basically you just need to have enabled Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Reconnect on Failure. And make sure you set up a trusted IP address in TWS.
