Is this actually a Sub-Instance, started by selecting "File >> New Instance"? Or was this started in another way? The "window" we were referring to in our first response was the "Build Custom Study" window that you showed in your video. Nothing was occurring, which might have been because of what is in your log, but it also looked like you did not have the window expanded enough to see anything in the "Build Output" section on that window. As we stated, you need to expand that window to see more information.
