Those are the Totals of the Bid/Ask Market Depth and the relative percentages for each side of the total of both. The totals are available through the "Bid and Ask Depth Bars" study. You would need to set the "Calculation Mode" to "Bid Depth vs Ask Depth" and then it will give the Ask as positive values and the Bid as negative values.
