From what we can see of your account, it looks like you are connecting to the "Trade Evaluator", which is for real-time data. You are not setup to get any real-time data from us for the CME Group, therefore you are getting the delayed streaming data. In this case, you would need to connect to the "Trading Evaluator - Delayed".
