The "Bid Ask Volume Ratio" and "Up/Down Volume Ratio" will give the exact same results if they have the same parameters and the "Up/Down Volume Ratio" is has the "Calculated Based On" set to "Ask/Bid Volume". If you are seeing differences, then there must be something different in the Length or Moving Average between the two studies.
