Are all 3 of these installations on the same computer?

Are all 3 of these installations completely separate from one another? Are any of them started using "File >> New Instance"?

Please tell us the following settings in the instance in which you are having a problem:
- Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths >> Data Files Folder
- Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths >> Always Use 'Data' Folder Within Main Folder

And for this instance that is having a problem, please tell us the full path to the main installation folder (i.e. C:\SierraChart3 or wherever you have it installed).
