You have the "NASDAQ TotalView" exchange active, but we only see requests for data for MNQ in your log. The reason you are not getting the data for MNQ is that you have not activated any exchanges with us for the CME Group. And you are connecting to CQG for your trading, and we do not have connectivity with CQG for data for the CME Group.
