I've been in this business a long time and a large part of that was working for a data provider. I find it hard to fathom why maintenance would be done during market hours not to mention it coming as a complete surprise to you and your customers. No doubt I'm not the only one scratching their heads on this..not to mention trying to scramble to manage risk. I would like my issue and concern about this to be escalated to a manager/supervisor.
