The Trade Service Log is not showing any issues with trades. Did you try to place a trade, have it fail and then get us the log? The Trade Service Log is not persistent, so you need to have done a trade first and then get us the log. The errors you do have in the log are stating that there are errors accessing those files. You will want to exit from Sierra Chart and then manually remove those files that are referenced through the operating system (i.e. go to that file location and delete the file). We do want to point out that the particular drive that is being referenced appears to be a removable drive. It is a D: drive and the path starts with SanDisk. If that is a removable drive, then we do not recommend running Sierra Chart from such a location. You really want to have Sierra Chart on a local drive, and preferably a Solid State Drive. Refer to the following for how to move a Sierra Chart installation: Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation: Simple Transfer/Copy of Sierra Chart Installation to Another Folder or Computer System For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
