1. Connecting to APEX does not count towards the requirement for the non-professional status for the CME Group. You need to connect to your Edge Clear/Ironbeam account at least once a month to continue to get the real-time data from us. Which server you connect to with APEX is up to them. It makes no difference to us. 2. You can also get the Market Depth data for the CME exchange with the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professionals". So if you only need data for instruments traded on the CME exchange, then we recommend changing to that exchange option for next month.
