Yes...I must still have two accounts...one left from a previous demo or billing. ...I have tried the "Verify email address" with you several times. I never get the response (i.e. email) return from you. So, I keep posting wherever I can because this transition from another vendor is EXTREMELY tedious and difficult without phone support. It has distracted me to an amazing degree from my trading. HOWEVER.. I realize your difficult position. I do empathize. I do understand. I do want to be a good customer. I love what you have created and your continued diligence and creativity. I will follow your instructions. Please empathize in return. Thank you. |
