We are not seeing any issue with the Region Dividing Line in the current Pre-Release. Please update to the latest Pre-Release (v 2704) and make sure the "Region Dividing Line" in the Graphics Settings is set to the color you want it to be. In the image, you do not have the Region Dividing Line selected, so we do not know what color it is set to. Follow these instructions to update: Software Download: Fast Update Just to make sure it is understood - if you have multiple installations, then each installation needs to be updated separately. If you are starting a new instance through "File >> New Instance", then when you update the main instance the sub-instances will be updated as well.
