Good morning Sierra team. I would like to say that I am a new user of your software and that all in all I am getting on very well with the programme but I am having some problems with starting Replay Mode on my charts. Let me explain in more detail: Initially the replay mode worked correctly for all charts except for the DOM in which you can see from the screens the liquidity levels in the Bid and Ask columns are not loaded and the Pulling/Stacking orders are not shown. I then started researching both on the official sierra site in the forum and on you tube... I made some changes to the charts, moving them all to Historical Charts and from here on the problems got bigger as not only is the DOM not fixed now but also all the other charts, as you can see, are not loading the days. Now not only can't I get the DOM to load correctly showing ask and bid orders + pulling/stacking orders but also all the other charts are not loading correctly. I really don't know how to do can you kindly give me a hand or guide me to fix this , so that I can learn and in the future solve it myself . Thank you very much I am waiting for your reply .
