Good morning Sierra team.
I would like to say that I am a new user of your software and that all in all I am getting on very well with the programme but I am having some problems with starting Replay Mode on my charts.

Let me explain in more detail:

Initially the replay mode worked correctly for all charts except for the DOM in which you can see from the screens the liquidity levels in the Bid and Ask columns are not loaded and the Pulling/Stacking orders are not shown.

I then started researching both on the official sierra site in the forum and on you tube... I made some changes to the charts, moving them all to Historical Charts and from here on the problems got bigger as not only is the DOM not fixed now but also all the other charts, as you can see, are not loading the days.

Now not only can't I get the DOM to load correctly showing ask and bid orders + pulling/stacking orders but also all the other charts are not loading correctly.

I really don't know how to do can you kindly give me a hand or guide me to fix this , so that I can learn and in the future solve it myself .
Thank you very much I am waiting for your reply .

You cannot replay Historical Daily charts. Those are not capable of being replayed. You will never use a Historical Daily or higher timeframe chart for a replay. Only Intraday charts.

but also all the other charts, as you can see, are not loading the days.
Regarding missing data in a chart, refer to:
No Historical Chart or Blank Chart | Historical Chart Not Updating | Missing Historical Chart Data (Historical Daily charts)

Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Missing or Incomplete Intraday Chart Data (Intraday charts)

For Intraday charts, first refer to:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Incorrect Chart and Session Times Settings

Initially the replay mode worked correctly for all charts except for the DOM in which you can see from the screens the liquidity levels in the Bid and Ask columns are not loaded and the Pulling/Stacking orders are not shown.
You need historical market depth data for this:
Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data

And to replay a Trading DOM, refer to:
Replaying Charts: Replaying Trade DOM Windows

After carefully reading the guide and performing several tests, I understood how to do it.
Thank you, have a good evening

Good morning, I am contacting you again because I have only partially solved the problem.
By following the instructions I was able to reestablish normal charts in the replay function.
The problem arises when I try instead to replay the DOM, as you can see my dom shows only two levels for Bid and Ask (before I set the general settings this way it showed only one) completely leaving out all the other levels and without showing me even.the Pulling/Stacking orders.
I have downloaded the Historical Depth of market data following the instructions then nandando inside the Symbol in question GC and checked the box on “Yes” in the <Record Market Depth Data> field.
Instead in the “Sierra Chart Server Settings” in the <Support Downloading Historical Market Depth Data> field I checked the box to “Yes”.
All the charts including DOM Chart in the settings and <Symbol Settings> in the fields are set like this
Automatic Rollover Futures Symbol ---> “Yes”
Continues Contract -- > “Continues Futures Contract - Volume Based Rollover”
Can you please help me kindly thank you

There is inherently, a lot of difficulty/complexity with what you are trying to do, assuming it is even supported which we are not sure about. What you are trying to do must be considered unsupported. It is definitively something we will not help with. What you are trying to do is well beyond reason.

Do not replay, a continuous futures contract chart while wanting historical market depth data, going back at a time, which is not the active time, for the symbol of the chart.

Do not use the Continuous Futures Contract option in this case. Set it to None.

Set the chart, to the symbol which was active, at the dates you are replaying:
Changing the Symbol of a Chart

Make sure you have market depth data for the time periods being replayed:
Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data

Market Depth Historical Graph: Market Depth Historical Graph Not Displaying

And set the Continuous Contract option in the Chart Settings to None for the trading DOM, and for the chart. Do not use that in this particular case.
