Please understand our perspective. When we read your messages there is an large amount of hard to understand information packed into one paragraph without any linebreaks and it is very hard to understand what you are saying. It also appears as though you do not have a paid Sierra Chart account. It sounds like you want to scroll the chart. Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the chart. That is the proper way to scroll the chart. We are not going to suggest any other method because that is the most stable and easiest way to scroll a chart anywhere among the loaded data. That should be common sense. You can also go to a particular Date-Time by selecting Chart >> Go to Date-Time. In the case of chart drawings, we recommend disabling Global Settings >> Tool Settings >>Support Drag for Drawing Creation/Modification in the case if you have modified this. By doing this, it is possible to begin a new drawing or modify a drawing, and then scroll the chart to reposition one of the points of the drawing and then left click again with your pointing device to set the drawing in place.
