I get real-time futures data from Interactive Brokers also. I checked my message log file. The 2152 and 2104 error codes are happening between 17:00 PM EST and 18:00 PM EST when the CME, CBOT, COMEX, and NYMEX exchanges are closed for 1 hour. No futures data is available from the futures exchanges during this time period. Sierra Chart is logging this IB TWS error code during this time period. The error code is not affecting the operation of Sierra Chart. I have no issues getting real-time futures data from Interactive Brokers for Sierra Chart after 18:00 PM EST and before 17:00 PM EST for the month of November or before. Sierra Chart is operating normally pulling data from IB TWS. My futures chart settings are set for an evening session of 18:00:00 PM EST to 9:29:59 AM EST and an intraday session of 09:30:00 AM EST to 16:59:59 PM EST. Which symbols are you following that you cannot get real-time futures data for since October? List the full Sierra Chart symbols with the exchange and expiration date.
