Dear SierraChart Support,

Since the end of October, I have stopped receiving data via my connection with Interactive Brokers, despite having a valid subscription for exchange and market data through SierraChart. I received the following error message in the Message Log in SierraChart:

"Need additional market data permissions - Depth: CME; IB Error Code: 2152."
"Message from IB: Need additional market data permissions - Depth: CME; . IB Error Code: 2152. Request ID: 100003."
"Message from IB: Need additional market data permissions - Depth: CME; . IB Error Code: 2152. Request ID: 100002."
and
Message from IB: Market data farm connection is OK:usfarm.nj. IB Error Code: 2104. Request ID: -1.
Message from IB: Market data farm connection is OK:usfuture. IB Error Code: 2104. Request ID: -1.
Message from IB: Sec-def data farm connection is OK:secdefnj. IB Error Code: 2158. Request ID: -1.
and several more..

I have already raised this issue with Interactive Brokers support and am currently awaiting their response. In the meantime, is there anything you can check on your end or any configurations I might adjust in SierraChart to resolve the issue?
