When you state that the "activity log says no account selected" where are you seeing this? You should not have to select an account multiple times from the list. After you select an account, do you see it listed in the Title Bar of the Trade Activity Log? And make sure you are selecting "Apply All" button after making a selection, or the Trade Activity Log will not update.
