I acknowledge that an alert is triggering the Chat window to open every time Sierra Chart is opened. However, the alert in my case is a connection lost message from 3 days ago. This alert is no longer relevant. So, how can I disable the Chat window from opening every time? Do I have to disconnect? If I disconnect, then will Chat always be disabled, even when another connection lost message is triggered? I'd like the Chat to come alive if a new alert is triggered but not stay on or open after current alerts have been acknowledged. Is this possible? Thank you.
