If you are NOT getting any data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you would need to have a second Sierra Chart account. Each account, as long as they are both on Package 11 or Package 12, will allow you to run Sierra Chart on up to 3 systems at the same time. Therefore, you could have a total of 6 systems running with the two accounts. If you ARE getting data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you would need two additional Sierra Chart accounts (for a total of 3) as the exchanges only allow data to two different systems at the same time. So you would have access to the data to a total of 6 computers at the same time from the 3 different accounts. -- We want to point out that you currently have the following exchanges active on your account: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts First, you do not need both of these. You only need one or the other. You will want to make any changes today, as the exchanges will renew tomorrow (November 1, 2024). Second, you are not getting the real-time data from these exchanges as you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account.
