Changing the Input for "Display Continuous Time Countdown based on Real-Time Clock" does not have any impact on how the countdown timer is shown. The Input for "Display Value Only" will do this, but not the above. And, as we stated, the other option is to ensure that your computer clock is matched to the NIST time, which is what the exchanges use.
