Hi, I tried to open the sierra chart today but it was not able to load and saw that it ask to install the current version ( might be new one9. Luckily, I was able to install it without opening the sierra chart. Even after the new version was installed, it was not able to load. When I tried to re-opon it, I deleted the option to open from the startup, then it worked. Later, I wanted to add two chartbooks in the startup but it is not able to load again. Which means that it just stops and only the option to resolve is to press cntr+Alt+del and close the program. Could you check is it is happening only for me or others too? |
