Oh, I forgot to mention that the study "Color Bars Based on Above/Below Study" is "Based On:" an "Add Additional Symbol". It does color the bars correctly until I set the "additional symbol" study's "Graph Draw Type" to "Line on Close". Hope that makes sense.
