The problem persists. When the computer is on and Sierra Chart is running, data is fully available in the footprint. When the computer is off, after a period of time is online again, the data is missing in the footprint for this period. The chart shows the time phases when the computer was off and no data was loaded in the FP. In the abbreviation GBL (EUREX) {Appendix “FP_GBL”} the price data is available in the footprint for the same period as for CL. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-10-23 07:36:32
